Returns & Exchanges
As a small, independently owned business I cannot offer returns. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can send it back within 10 days of when you received for store credit. To be eligible for an exchange item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition it which it was received and you must pay for your return shipping. To make an exchange, please email [email protected]

All custom, sale or discounted pieces are final sale. 

Shipping
Items can only be shipped to locations in the United States and are a flat rate of $5.50 for one item and $9 for more than one item. Your order will ship USPS first class within 1-3 business days of ordering. 
Each item will be packaged in a gift-ready, hand stamped pouch. If you need an order sooner or by a specific date, please email me to discuss prior to purchasing. 

Repairs
Each item is handmade with a lot of love, detail and attention using the highest quality materials. However, jewelry is delicate and needs to be handled with care. We are not responsible for any damage caused by regular wear and tear or rough handling. 

Repairs are offered on a case by case basis. Please send an email if you are looking for a repair and I will get back to you for an estimate of the repair upon assessing the item.
